Open roles

Software Engineer, AI & Integrations

Build AI agents and integrations that power customer interactions for service businesses.

What you'll do:

Design and implement AI agents (receptionist, scheduling assistant, operations companion)
Build integrations with CRMs, scheduling systems, and communication platforms (ServiceTitan, Dentrix, Twilio, etc.)
Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and workflow design
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and iterate on solutions
Build monitoring, analytics, and reporting systems to track AI agent performance

What we're looking for:

Experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar languages
Interest in AI/LLMs (experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Implementation Consultant, Service Businesses

Partner with HVAC, dental, and other service businesses to implement and optimize AI-powered workflows.

What you'll do:

Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and pain points
Design AI agent configurations and workflows tailored to each business
Manage pilot launches, training, and onboarding for customer teams
Create playbooks and documentation for AI agent operations
Monitor performance and continuously optimize workflows for better results

What we're looking for:

Experience in consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles
Understanding of service business operations (HVAC, dental, or similar a plus)
Strong communication and project management skills

Customer Success & Growth Specialist

Ensure customer success, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What you'll do:

Own customer relationships and ensure they achieve their goals with CedarNexus solutions
Monitor AI agent performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions
Identify expansion opportunities (additional AI agents, new workflows, etc.)
Gather customer feedback and work with product/engineering to improve solutions

What we're looking for:

Experience in customer success, account management, or operations roles
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and identify trends
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
